Q&A
GLOBAL TALEX UPGRADE IS COMING EARLY OCTOBER 2025 TO ALIGN WITH CURRENT DETAILS.
Do I need to be a crypto user to use TaleX?
No. Everyone can discover tokenized Real-World Businesses as projects on TaleX. There is no need to sign up or log in to explore and visit business products. Only if you want to trade, manage tokens, or use additional features (such as saving a business as a favorite) do you need to sign up or log in to your TaleX account.
Is TaleX a platform that launches tokens?
Yes, but not in the same way as other CEX, DEX, launchpads, or token issuance platforms. Currently, TaleX does not support a self-service option for starting projects and issuing tokens directly.
Anyone who wants to tokenize their business as a Real-World Business (RWB) need to contact the TaleX team directly to establish a B2B cooperation via this form (coming in September). Entrepreneurs receive incubation support — including potential product co-development, legal, technical, operational, and media assistance — free of charge.
Why is my TaleX wallet address different from my wallet address on other business's product, even though I use the same login method?
TaleX allows on-chain wallet connections for any external wallet, enabling users to connect wallets created via both traditional and crypto methods. However, many projects featured on TaleX as tokenized Real-World Businesses may have products that run off-chain. In such cases, the system allocates a separate wallet address for your account on that business’s product.
Therefore, it is possible to have different wallet addresses even when using the same login method across TaleX and other tokenized businesses. Users can seamlessly use the Receive and Send features in the TaleX Wallet section to transfer tokens between TaleX and other businesses.
